Installation protocol:
Install in sequence (Filter → Regulator → Lubricator) with minimum 300mm
straight inlet piping. Maintain vertical orientation and drain bowl downward.
Replace filter element every 2,000 operational hours or when pressure drop exceeds 0.03 MPa.
Oil selection:
Use ISO VG32 turbine oil or equivalent. Avoid petroleum-based oils in
oxygen-enriched environments. Drain condensate daily in high-humidity conditions.
