It is vital to separate holding force from thrust: the 1400 N clamp rating is the static load capacity of the brake, not the 825 N pneumatic thrust. The clamp only engages after the piston stops, meaning it cannot brake a moving load. Furthermore, the variable air cushion merely decelerates the piston near stroke ends, while the clamp provides the actual position holding. Release requires balanced air pressure on both sides of the piston via the G1/8 enclasp port to prevent abrupt rod jumps.

This PT-port model operates at 0.15-0.7 MPa with speeds of 30-800 mm/s. It accepts Basic, FA, LB, TC, TCM1, and TCM2 mounts (omitting FB/CA/CB/CR due to the double-rod structure). As no magnet is specified, it will not support CMSE reed or DMSE solid-state sensors without modification.
