Installation protocol:
Mount on vibration-free surfaces using M4 screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
For liquid applications, install with diaphragm facing downward.
Maintain 20mm clearance around pressure port for gauge access.
Critical note:
Requires 5μm filtered dry air/gas. Avoid silicone-based lubricants -
use fluorinated grease only for O-ring maintenance.
