Installation requirements:
Maintain ambient temperature below 80% RH (non-condensing). Use M5 mounting screws
with 0.49–0.68 N·m tightening torque. Allow ≥50mm clearance below valve for exhaust
port maintenance. Lubricate sliding parts with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil if operated
in dry air conditions.
