Installation guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free location using M5 mounting screws (torque ≤1.2N·m).
Maintain minimum 50mm clearance below valve for exhaust airflow.
Use 5-10μm filtration with automatic drain. Lubrication not required.

Do not disassemble under pressure. For vacuum applications,
use optional vacuum-rated seals (ESV620AI-VR variant).
