Installation protocol:
Torque M26 nut to 180-220N·m using cross pattern tightening.
Align movement axis within ±3° of bearing centerline during assembly.
Re-grease every 2,000 operating hours through Zerk fitting.
Avoid axial over-compression: Maintain minimum 3mm gap between fork arms under full compression. Not suitable for continuous rotational motion exceeding 15 RPM.
