Installation protocol:
Install vertically with filter unit upstream of regulator. Maintain 50mm clearance below drain port.
Lubricator should be positioned last in the FRL sequence. Adjust oil drip rate to 1 drop/10 cycles
using the needle valve (clockwise to reduce).
- Drain filter bowl daily in humid environments
- Replace filter element every 2,000 operating hours
- Use ISO VG32 or equivalent turbine oil in lubricator
- Inspect bowl threads biannually for microcracks
