Maintenance protocol:
Drain condensate daily under pressure. Replace filter element when
pressure drop exceeds 0.05MPa. Bowl torque specification: 3.5-4.0N·m
during reassembly. Use only AirTAC P/N FR-05 filter elements.
Installation sequence: Always position downstream of air dryer and upstream of lubricators. Allow minimum 100mm clearance below drain port for maintenance access. For horizontal piping runs, install with bowl oriented at 4-8 o'clock position.
