Installation protocol:
Mount vertically within 1.5m of vacuum source. Replace filter element every 2,000 operational hours or when pressure drop exceeds 0.05 MPa. Use thread sealant on male ports (tapered threads only).
Critical note:
Do not use with phosphate ester-based lubricants. Maximum allowable humidity: 80% RH non-condensing. Always depressurize system before servicing.
