Maintain ≤3° deviation from vertical axis during mounting. Use ISO 8573-1
Class 3 compressed air (max 5mg/m³ oil content). Install downstream
lubricator if operating below 0.3MPa. Allow 20mm clearance around valve
for heat dissipation.
