Installation guidelines:
Mount horizontally with pilot exhaust ports downward. Use M5 mounting screws with 35-45 kgf·cm torque.
Maintain 15mm clearance from adjacent components for heat dissipation. Pipe connections should use
PTFE tape on male threads only, avoiding entry into flow path.
Critical note:
Not compatible with phosphate ester-based lubricants. For vacuum applications,
install downstream filter within 500mm. Coil replacement requires matching
voltage code (S- for DC, T- for AC variants).
