Installation Guidelines:
Mount in vibration-free environment using M4 mounting screws (max torque 1.2N·m).
Maintain ≥20mm clearance from adjacent components for heat dissipation.
Use ISO 8573-1 Class 3 compressed air with lubricator (ISO VG32 oil recommended).
