Operational guidance:
Requires 5-7μm filtered air with water separator. Apply high-temperature grease (≥200℃ rating)
monthly in welding applications. Avoid lateral forces exceeding 200N on piston rod. For M3C mounting,
use Class 8.8 or higher mounting bolts with spring washers.
Critical note:
When used in welding environments exceeding 100℃ continuously, install thermal barrier plate
(P/N: JCK-TB40) between cylinder and workpiece. Maximum allowable spark exposure duration:
15 seconds/minute.

- Over delivery time.
- The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
