Delivering 402 N of push force at 0.5 MPa, this 32 mm bore double-acting actuator fits where space is tight. Built to JIS standards, its extruded hard-anodized aluminum profile makes it shorter and more compact than an ISO 15552 cylinder of the same bore. The two-way piston seal retains grease for low-friction life, and the G1/8 port keeps pneumatic plumbing small.
Because this SKU lacks the -S magnet, it cannot take a CMSE or DMSE position switch. For real-world sizing, plan for about 241 N of actual work at 0.5 MPa, which means it lifts about 20 kg vertically with a 2:1 safety margin.

Is the Airtac JSI Series Standard Cylinder JSI32X25 the Right Cylinder?
If you need less force, there is no smaller JSI bore; stepping up to the 40 mm bore gives you 628 N push at 0.5 MPa. This 25 mm stroke is very short, so side-load bending is minimal, but always guide the load rigidly. Note that air loss or a centered valve will let the piston drift, as the adjustable cushions only decelerate the stroke end—add a pilot-operated check valve if you must hold a load. To use magnetic sensors, switch to the JSI32X25-S variant.
