Installation requirements:
Requires mounting surface flatness ≤0.01mm/m and parallelism ≤0.02mm between rails.
Use 0.3-0.4Nm torque for M4 mounting screws with Loctite 243 threadlocker.
Initial run-in: 50 cycles at 20% rated speed before full operation.
Maintenance note:
Clean rail surfaces weekly with lint-free cloth soaked in JIS K2235 oil.
Avoid using silicone-based lubricants which may attract abrasive particles.
