Installation protocol:
Hand-tighten initially with 1.5-2 N·m torque, then secure with
3/4 additional turn using spanner flats. Avoid overtightening
which may deform NBR seals. Perform pressure test at 1.5×
working pressure after installation.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
