Installation protocol:
Apply PTFE tape clockwise on male threads (2.5 wraps). Tighten using
a 7mm crowfoot wrench with torque limiter. Avoid overtightening which
may deform O-ring seating surface. Test at 1.25× system pressure.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
