Heavy-duty sealing plug with 35% glass fiber reinforcement for dimensional stability in thermal cycling environments. Features dual-stage sealing: primary metal-to-metal contact and secondary O-ring compression (NBR 70±5 Shore A). Includes anti-vibration ribs for threaded retention.

Installation guidance:
Apply 2-3 N·m torque using 12mm crowfoot wrench. Lubricate threads with
silicone-free grease for >100 cycle durability. Replace O-ring every
5 years or when compression set exceeds 15%.
