Select this 125mm bore when a 100mm cylinder (offering 3927 N at 0.5 MPa) cannot provide enough thrust, but you want to avoid stepping up to the massive 160mm bore. The 210mm stroke provides ample travel for large clamping or lifting mechanisms. Because this model lacks a magnet, position sensing requires external limit switches rather than embedded CMSE or DMSE sensors.

At 210mm of travel, the unsupported rod length is moderate, but side-load management is still required to prevent premature rod-bearing wear. Utilize external guide rails to absorb lateral forces. Note that this standard cylinder relies on adjustable air cushions at both ends to decelerate the piston; it will not hold a load if air pressure drops. For dead-end holding without live pressure, specify the SAIL or BSAI lock variant.
