The AirTAC SAIF100X700-10B is a double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder equipped with a built-in 4M310-10 5/2 solenoid valve, delivering a Cv of 1.68 and a 30 mm2 effective orifice. Driven by a DC24V terminal coil consuming 3.0 W, it responds in 0.05 s and carries an IP65 rating. Because the integrated valve operates at 0.15-0.8 MPa, this defines the practical working pressure range for the assembled unit, even though the bare cylinder rates up to 1.0 MPa. At 0.9 MPa it generates 7068 N of push force.

This decentralized design eliminates the need for a separate remote valve, reducing panel space and tubing runs. The manifold connects the valve to the cylinder using O10 x O6.5 PU tubing, and the valve port (3/8") differs from the cylinder port (1/2"). By factory default, the piston rod retracts when the coil is energised, but you can reposition the valve to extend-when-energised.
