AirTAC SAIF Series Valve-Type Cylinders

The AirTAC SAIF series integrates an ISO 15552 standard pneumatic cylinder with a built-in 4M-series 5/2 solenoid valve via a manifold block and short PU tubing. This self-contained design eliminates remote valves and extensive plumbing, saving panel space and making it ideal for decentralized installation across large machines. A single coil signal drives the cylinder, which retracts when energized by default but can be reconfigured to extend on signal.

The range spans six bores from 32 to 100 mm. Bores 32, 40 and 50 mm use a 4M210 valve with O8xO5 PU tubing, while bores 63, 80 and 100 mm use a 4M310 valve with O10xO6.5 tubing. Maximum standard strokes scale with bore size: 1000 mm for bore 32, 1200 mm for bores 40-50, and 1500 mm for bores 63-100. The assembled cylinder operates at 0.15-1.0 MPa.

Force output scales significantly across the range. At 0.5 MPa, push force spans from 402 N on the 32 mm bore up to 3927 N on the 100 mm bore. The theoretical maximum force at 1.0 MPa spans 82 kgf to 801 kgf. All bores share a double-acting design with variable cushioning at both ends that decelerates the piston near stroke end. The series retains the ISO 15552 mounting interface and supports -S magnets for CMSE/DMSE sensors.
