About the AirTAC 3V1-M5
The AirTAC 3V1-M5 is a direct-acting, single-solenoid 3/2-way valve with spring return, normally closed. It has M5 ports. It works from 0 to 0.8 MPa (0-114 psi), on air filtered to 40 µm.
It is direct-acting and normally closed, switches quickly and needs no lubrication. A manual override helps setup, and valves can be ganged side by side as a manifold set to save space. Flow: Ø1.2 mm orifice. The coil is rated IP65 with class B insulation, responds in 0.05 s or less, and runs up to 10 cycles per second. Manifold set codes (nF) already include the connecting screws, O-rings and mounting brackets, so nothing else needs ordering.

Where the 3V1-M5 Is Used
Single-acting cylinders
A 3/2-way valve supplies and exhausts one port, the usual way to drive a spring-return cylinder.
Air blow and pilot signals
Switches compressed air on and off for blow-off nozzles or as a pilot signal to larger valves.

Several valves on one supply and one wiring run save space in the cabinet.
Choosing the Right 3V1-M5 Configuration
Choose the coil voltage to match your control circuit: DC24V (B), AC220V (A), AC110V (C), AC24V (E), DC12V (F). Supply tolerance is AC ±15% and DC ±10%.
For the electrical entry, the standard DIN connector takes your own cable; the I version has a 0.5 m lead wire already attached.
For the configuration, a single valve has no code; 1F adds a mounting bracket; 2F to 20F is a set of that many valves joined side by side, with the connecting parts included.
