The AirTAC TCM6 is a double-acting three-rod guided cylinder (bronze-bushing guides) with a 6 mm bore. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 14.1 N and pulls 10.6 N; at 0.7 MPa, 19.8 N push and 14.8 N pull. Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.
Two guide rods run in bronze sleeve bearings (M), suited to side loads and impact; the body mounts from the top, rear or underside. All TCM6 versions use M3×0.5 air ports and run on filtered air at 0.2 to 0.7 MPa (proof 1.2 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 50 to 500 mm/s. This page lists 4 stock order codes with strokes from 5 to 20 mm; the catalog maximum stroke is 20 mm.

| Pressure | Push | Pull |
|---|---|---|
| 0.5 MPa | 14.1 N | 10.6 N |
| 0.7 MPa | 19.8 N | 14.8 N |
Push = pressure × bore area; pull subtracts the Ø3 mm rod area. Usable force is lower because of friction and back-pressure.

Guide rods keep tooling square while the cylinder delivers about 14.1 N at 0.5 MPa.
The guide rods take side load that would wear a plain cylinder rod.
Mounts from the top, back or underside to fit compact stations.
Start with the stroke. Pick the exact travel your machine needs; a longer stroke adds length and air consumption without adding force. If your length is not listed, request a quote and we will confirm whether it can be built.
Finally pick the version: every code carries a magnet for position sensors.
No. Every TCM6 gives about 14.1 N push and 10.6 N pull at 0.5 MPa, whatever the stroke.
M3×0.5 ports.
0.2 to 0.7 MPa operating pressure (proof 1.2 MPa), 50 to 500 mm/s and -20 to +70 °C on filtered air.
Usually yes. Request a quote with the stroke and version and we will confirm whether it can be built, plus price and lead time.
No. You can order a single TCM6. Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 3-5 business days.
