About the AirTAC HLQ25
The AirTAC HLQ25 is a double-acting twin-rod precision slide table (recirculating-ball guide, standard type) with a 25 mm bore. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 490.9 N and pulls 377.8 N; at 0.7 MPa, 687.2 N push and 528.9 N pull. Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.
Twin precision linear guides with recirculating balls give high rigidity and smooth travel; twin pistons double the output and a floating joint keeps load moments off the piston rods. All HLQ25 versions use 1/8" air ports and run on filtered air at 0.15 to 0.7 MPa (proof 1.2 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 50 to 500 mm/s.
