About the AirTAC SGC160
The AirTAC SGC160 is a double-acting aluminium-barrel large-bore ISO cylinder with a 160 mm bore and a 40 mm piston rod. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 10053 N and pulls 9425 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 14074 N push and 13195 N pull. Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.
All SGC160 versions share 3/4" air ports, an M36×2.0 rod thread and 50 mm adjustable air cushions. The cylinder runs on filtered air between 0.15 and 1.0 MPa (proof 1.5 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 30 to 500 mm/s. This page lists 231 stock order codes with strokes from 20 to 1700 mm; the catalog maximum stroke is 1500 mm, and the longer codes are non-standard strokes we already supply.

Then choose the mounting. Basic (no code) uses the cylinder's own mounting holes. This bore is stocked with LB foot, FA front flange, FB rear flange, CA single clevis, CB double clevis, TC center trunnion, FTC front trunnion. Foot and flange mountings hold the cylinder rigid for straight-line loads; clevis and trunnion mountings let it pivot when the load moves in an arc.
Finally pick the version: S adds a magnet for position sensors; H (FKM) is for higher temperatures or oil-contaminated air; N specifies NBR.
