About the AirTAC 4V230C-06
The AirTAC 4V230C-06 is a 5/3-way pilot-operated spool valve on the 4V200 body with 1/8" working ports. It is a 5/3 closed-center valve: with both coils off, all ports are blocked, so a cylinder stops and holds its position mid-stroke.
The 4V230C-06 has an effective area of 13.6 mm² (Cv 0.8), a maximum frequency of 3 cycles per second and weighs about 360 g. It works from 0.15 to 0.8 MPa on air filtered to 40 µm, needs no lubrication, responds in 0.05 s or less, and its coil is rated IP65 with class B insulation. A manual override is fitted, and valves can be mounted on a manifold base.
