The SEJ series is the adjustable-stroke variant of the standard SE cylinder, built on the ISO 15552 / VDMA 24562 mounting interface. It is double-acting and single-rod, available in 7 bore sizes from 32 to 125 mm. The defining feature is an external adjusting screw at the rear that shortens the effective retract stroke by a set range (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75, or 100 mm) without requiring a different cylinder body.
Force output scales with the bore: push force at 0.5 MPa spans roughly 402 N on the 32 mm bore up to 6136 N on the 125 mm bore. Maximum theoretical force at 1.0 MPa spans about 82 kgf to 1252 kgf. Standard maximum strokes reach up to 1000 mm for bore 32, 1200 mm for bores 40-50, and 1500 mm for bores 63-125. Ports range from PT1/8 to PT1/2.
The shared design includes adjustable air cushions at both ends for end-of-stroke deceleration. Note that this air cushion only decelerates the piston; it does not lock or hold position. Operating pressure is 0.15-1.0 MPa with a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa. Standard temperature is -20 to +70 C, or 0-150 C with FKM/H seals. A magnet option (-S) supports CMSE/DMSE sensors. Mounting options include Basic, FA, LB, TC, FTC, TCM1, and TCM2.

Choose the bore size based on your load and available pressure. For example, at 0.5 MPa the 32 mm bore provides 402 N of push force, while the 125 mm bore provides 6136 N.
