AirTAC ACQJ12 Adjustable-Stroke Cylinder, 12 mm Bore

The AirTAC ACQJ12 is a double-acting stroke-adjustable compact (ultra-thin) cylinder with a 12 mm bore and a 6 mm piston rod. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 57 N and pulls 42 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 79 N push and 59 N pull. A rear stroke-adjustment screw lets you shorten the travel by up to the adjustment amount in the code (10-50 mm across the codes on this page). Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.

All ACQJ12 versions share M5 air ports, an M3×0.5 female rod thread (B versions have a M5×0.8 male rod end) and rubber bumpers at both ends. The cylinder runs on filtered air between 0.15 and 1.0 MPa (proof 1.5 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 30 to 500 mm/s.
