Installation guidelines:
Use M12×1.75 mounting bolts (grade 8.8 or higher). Maintain 0.5mm alignment tolerance between rod and load.
For vertical mounting, install rod-down orientation with flow control valve on lower port. Lubricate every 3M cycles with ISO VG32 hydraulic oil.
Critical notes:
Maximum side load capacity 850N at mid-stroke. Requires 40μm filtration.
