About the AirTAC MKD20
The AirTAC MKD20 is a double-acting double-rod non-rotating multi-mount cylinder with a 20 mm bore. With a rod on both sides it gives the same force each way: 131.9 N at 0.5 MPa and 184.7 N at 0.7 MPa. Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.
The rod does not rotate, so tooling stays aligned. The compact square body can be fixed from several faces and several cylinders can be mounted side by side. The piston rod exits at both ends of the body. The rod guide needs no added lubrication. All MKD20 versions use M5×0.8 air ports and run on filtered air at 0.15 to 1.0 MPa (proof 1.5 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 30 to 500 mm/s.
