About the AirTAC LSH25F2N
The AirTAC LSH25F2N is an LSH standard linear guide assembly: a size 25 rail (23 mm wide) with flange block, bottom mountings of standard length. Each block is rated C 26.9 kN dynamic and C0 39.4 kN static, with allowable static moments MR 0.44, MP 0.38 and MY 0.38 kN·m.
The rail uses an X-type (45° / -45°) arc groove with four rows of balls at a 45° contact angle, so the guide self-aligns, takes equal load in four directions and can be preloaded for rigidity. Blocks and rails of the same size are interchangeable. Rails are fixed with M6 bolts and are made up to 4040 mm in one piece; longer rails are spliced.
