A drive piston runs between two guide rods carried in a brass sliding bearing within a single integrated body. This design prevents rotation and carries side load and torque, eliminating the need for an external linear guide or slide. It is built for dusty, knocking, and heavy-side-load applications.
The series covers 12 bores from 6 to 100mm, including the small 6 and 10mm bores that the TCL series does not offer. As a double-acting cylinder, its push force at 0.5 MPa spans from a few tens of Newtons at the smallest bores up to 3927 N at the 100mm bore. The guide unit adds stiffness rather than thrust.
The TCM uses a brass sliding bearing that provides impact and radial-load tolerance. Horizontal impact resistance is roughly double and torsional rigidity is improved versus a plain cylinder. The guide and fixing plate serves as the mounting interface. A magnet (-S variant) is available for switches.
