About the AirTAC TCLJ12
The AirTAC TCLJ12 is a double-acting three-rod guided cylinder (linear-bearing guides, adjustable stroke) with a 12 mm bore. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa, 79.2 N push and 59.4 N pull. Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.
Two guide rods run in linear ball bearings (L) for smooth, precise travel; the body mounts from the top, rear or underside. All TCLJ12 versions use M5×0.8 air ports and run on filtered air at 0.15 to 1.0 MPa (proof 1.5 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 30 to 500 mm/s.
