About the AirTAC LSH30BK
These are LSH standard linear guide blocks for the size 30 rail (28 mm wide), sold without a rail. Ratings per block: standard blocks C 37.4 kN, C0 55 kN; long blocks C 45.7 kN, C0 73.1 kN.
The rail uses an X-type (45° / -45°) arc groove with four rows of balls at a 45° contact angle, so the guide self-aligns, takes equal load in four directions and can be preloaded for rigidity. Blocks and rails of the same size are interchangeable. The matching code says which stocked rail the block is paired with and what preload the pair gives, so a replacement block fits the rail already on your machine.
