About the AirTAC LSH25HN
The AirTAC LSH25HN is an LSH standard linear guide assembly: a size 25 rail (23 mm wide) with square blocks of standard length. Each block is rated C 26.9 kN dynamic and C0 39.4 kN static, with allowable static moments MR 0.44, MP 0.38 and MY 0.38 kN·m.
The rail uses an X-type (45° / -45°) arc groove with four rows of balls at a 45° contact angle, so the guide self-aligns, takes equal load in four directions and can be preloaded for rigidity. Blocks and rails of the same size are interchangeable. Rails are fixed with M6 bolts and are made up to 4040 mm in one piece; longer rails are spliced. Choosing the Right LSH25HN Configuration
Start with the rail length. The S value is the distance from the rail end to the first mounting hole; if you need another length or end distance, request a quote.
Then choose how many blocks run on each rail: more blocks share the load and raise moment capacity.
Finally pick preload and accuracy. Preload A (none) suits light loads and smooth travel; B (light), C (medium) and D (heavy, sizes 25 to 45) add rigidity for overhung or vibrating loads. Accuracy N (normal), H (high) and P (precision) set running parallelism: about 12-37 µm, 7-28 µm and 3-21 µm depending on rail length.
