About the AirTAC LSH30RL
These are LSH standard linear guide rails, size 30 (28 mm wide), sold without blocks. Rails are fixed with M8 bolts; one-piece rails go up to 4030 mm, and the 4000 mm full-length rail can be cut to size.
The rail uses an X-type (45° / -45°) arc groove with four rows of balls at a 45° contact angle, so the guide self-aligns, takes equal load in four directions and can be preloaded for rigidity. Blocks and rails of the same size are interchangeable. The matching code (D or E) decides which block codes give which preload on this rail.
