About the AirTAC TCMJ12
The AirTAC TCMJ12 is a double-acting three-rod guided cylinder (bronze-bushing guides, adjustable stroke) with a 12 mm bore. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 56.5 N and pulls 42.4 N; at 0.7 MPa, 79.2 N push and 59.4 N pull. Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.
Two guide rods run in bronze sleeve bearings (M), suited to side loads and impact; the body mounts from the top, rear or underside. All TCMJ12 versions use M5×0.8 air ports and run on filtered air at 0.15 to 1.0 MPa (proof 1.5 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 30 to 500 mm/s.
