About the AirTAC LSH30HL
The AirTAC LSH30HL is an LSH standard linear guide assembly: a size 30 rail (28 mm wide) with square blocks of long length. Each block is rated C 45.7 kN dynamic and C0 73.1 kN static, with allowable static moments MR 0.88, MP 0.91 and MY 0.91 kN·m.
The rail uses an X-type (45° / -45°) arc groove with four rows of balls at a 45° contact angle, so the guide self-aligns, takes equal load in four directions and can be preloaded for rigidity. Blocks and rails of the same size are interchangeable. Rails are fixed with M8 bolts and are made up to 4030 mm in one piece; longer rails are spliced.
