About the AirTAC TCL80
The AirTAC TCL80 is a double-acting three-rod guided cylinder (linear-bearing guides) with an 80 mm bore. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 2513.3 N and pulls 2267.8 N; at 0.7 MPa, 3518.6 N push and 3175 N pull. Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.
Two guide rods run in linear ball bearings (L) for smooth, precise travel; the body mounts from the top, rear or underside. All TCL80 versions use 3/8" air ports and run on filtered air at 0.15 to 1.0 MPa (proof 1.5 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 50 to 400 mm/s.
