About the AirTAC TWG32
The AirTAC TWG32 is a adjustable-height stopper cylinder with a Ø32 mm bore and 10-20 mm stroke, flange mounted so the stopper height can be set on the machine, used to stop pallets, boxes and workpieces on conveyors. It is double acting: air raises and lowers the stopper. The thicker piston rod resists impact better.
The rod end comes as a round rod, flat rod or roller, or as a lever roller with an adjustable oil shock absorber for a softer stop. The self-lock option (F) stops the lever from springing back and pushing the stopped load backwards. It follows JIS standards and needs no lubrication.

Choose the stroke: 10, 15, 20 mm on Ø32, tolerance +1.0/0 mm. Size the bore with the impact load and speed charts in the catalog.
Then the stopper: C round rod; B flat rod; R roller; K lever roller, adjustable oil cushion. F adds the self-lock to the lever.
S adds a magnet for position sensors.
AirTAC TWG32 FAQ
The round rod, flat rod and roller share one impact load chart in the catalog; the lever roller has an oil shock absorber that takes up the impact for a softer stop and has its own chart. Check your load and conveyor speed against the charts.
The F self-lock device stops the lever from springing back and pushing the stopped load backwards. It is available on the lever roller types.
