About the AirTAC ESV320
The AirTAC ESV320 is a 5/2-way solenoid valve with an ISO 5599-1 mounting face (double solenoid, memory): a pulse on either coil shifts the spool, and it stays there until the other coil is pulsed. It mounts on an ESV300 single or manifold base, which carries the PT3/8 working ports; the base is ordered separately. It is internally piloted as standard, and the W version takes its pilot air from a separate supply. On the 200, 300 and 400 series the pilot can be changed between internal and external by refitting the pilot seal.
The effective area is 42 mm² (Cv 2.32) and the switching time at 0.5 MPa is 42 / 55 ms (on / off). Internally piloted it works from 0.2 to 1.0 MPa; externally piloted from 0 to 1.0 MPa with 0.2-1.0 MPa pilot pressure. It needs no lubrication, and the coil is rated IP65 with class B insulation.

Choosing the Right ESV320 Configuration
Choose the coil voltage to match your control circuit: DC24V (B), AC220V (A), AC110V (C), AC24V (E), DC12V (F). Supply tolerance is AC ±15% and DC ±10%.
For the electrical entry, the standard DIN connector takes your own cable; the I version has a 0.5 m lead wire already attached.
Internal pilot (no code) needs at least 0.2 MPa supply; choose external pilot (W) with a separate 0.2-1.0 MPa pilot line when the working pressure may be lower, down to 0 MPa.
Then order the base: ESV301M single base, or ESV302M manifold bases with an ESV303M end plate set.
