About the AirTAC LGC1A
The AirTAC LGC1A is an LGC crossed roller guide with Φ1.5 mm rollers, supplied as a complete three-rail set (A): rails, roller cages and end screws. Each roller is rated C 125 N dynamic and C0 120 N static (39 N allowable load), at 2.5 mm roller pitch.
Crossed roller guides are non-recirculating: precision rollers set alternately at right angles run between V-grooved rails, so friction is very low while the rigid rails carry high loads. The rails are stainless steel and the rollers are JIS B 1506 G2 grade. Main and secondary rails are the same length. This page lists 20 – 80 mm rails with 6 – 19 rollers per cage.
