About the AirTAC TACQ25
The AirTAC TACQ25 is a double-acting compact (ultra-thin) cylinder with a 25 mm bore and a 12 mm piston rod. At 0.5 MPa it pushes 245 N and pulls 189 N; at 0.7 MPa that rises to 344 N push and 264 N pull. Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output. Two guide rods hold the end plate against rotation: AirTAC rates the non-rotation accuracy at ±0.15°, the angle the plate can turn with the cylinder fully retracted. The double guide rods resist bending and torsion, so the cylinder takes larger moving and side loads; they are stainless steel running in brass bushings.
All TACQ25 versions share M5 air ports and rubber bumpers at both ends. The cylinder runs on filtered air between 0.15 and 1.0 MPa (proof 1.5 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 30 to 500 mm/s. This page lists 20 stock order codes with strokes from 5 to 50 mm; catalog standard strokes run up to 50 mm.
