About the AirTAC QCK32
The AirTAC QCK32 is a double-acting rotary clamp cylinder with a Ø32 mm bore. As the piston retracts, the rod first turns 90° over a 15 mm rotation stroke and then pulls straight down through the clamp stroke, so the arm swings clear of the part when the clamp opens. On the QCKL the arm turns counterclockwise as it clamps, on the QCKR clockwise.
The piston rod is QPQ treated, which resists weld spatter better than hard chrome, and a stainless steel scraper ring at the front keeps dust and spatter out, so it suits welding fixtures. The body mounting dimensions match the ACQ series, so ACQ mounting accessories fit. It has a magnet and built-in sensor grooves.

Choosing the Right QCK32 Configuration
Choose the rotation, left (QCKL, counterclockwise when clamping) or right (QCKR, clockwise), to suit where the arm must swing clear of the part.
Then the clamp stroke: 10, 20, 30, 50 mm on Ø32. The clamp stroke is the straight travel after the 15 mm rotation stroke; tolerance +1.0/0 mm.
The version: the standard taper rod comes with the clamp arm; M has a flat rod with no arm, for your own arm. FB adds the rear flange plate (same as the ACQ F-ACQ32FA).

The direction the arm turns as it clamps: QCKL counterclockwise (left), QCKR clockwise (right), both through 90° ±2°.
The theoretical pull (clamping) force is 301.6 N at 0.5 MPa and the push force 402.1 N. The force at the arm tip is lower and depends on the arm length.
