AirTAC SAIJ125 Adjustable-Stroke Cylinder with Stainless Steel Rod, 125 mm Bore

The AirTAC SAIJ125 with a stainless piston rod is a double-rod, double-acting stroke-adjustable ISO 15552 profile-barrel cylinder with a 125 mm bore and a 32 mm piston rod. The rod runs through both end covers, so push and pull are equal: 5734 N at 0.5 MPa and 8027 N at 0.7 MPa. The rear rod end carries the stroke adjuster: the travel can be shortened by up to the adjustment amount in the code (10-100 mm across the codes on this page). Force depends on bore and pressure only, so every stroke on this page gives the same output.

All SAIJ125 versions share 1/2" air ports, an M27×2 rod thread and 40 mm adjustable air cushions. The cylinder runs on filtered air between 0.15 and 1.0 MPa (proof 1.5 MPa), from -20 to +70 °C, at 30 to 500 mm/s. This page lists 1728 stock order codes with strokes from 10 to 1000 mm; catalog standard strokes run up to 1500 mm.

This page lists only the stainless-rod codes: A for SUS420J2 (hardened martensitic stainless) and B for SUS304 (austenitic stainless). The standard carbon-steel-rod SAIJ125 codes are on the AirTAC SAIJ125 page.
