About the AirTAC EAV
The AirTAC EAV is an air-piloted valve with an ISO 5599-1 mounting face: an external air signal shifts the spool, so it needs no electrical power. It comes in the 200, 300, 400, 600 series, as 5/2-way single air pilot (10), 5/2-way double air pilot with memory (20), and 5/3-way closed, exhaust or pressure center (30C/30E/30P). It mounts on the same single and manifold bases as the ESV solenoid valves, ordered separately.
With a single air pilot it works from 0.2 to 1.0 MPa; with double air pilots from -0.09 to 1.0 MPa, so the working line may be at zero pressure or under vacuum. The pilot signal is 0.2-1.0 MPa. No lubrication is needed.

Choosing the Right EAV Configuration
Choose the series by flow and port size: 200: Cv 1.8, base PT1/4; 300: Cv 2.32, base PT3/8; 400: Cv 3.85, base PT1/2; 600: Cv 6.0, base PT3/4.
Then the function: 10 returns to its rest position when the pilot signal drops; 20 holds its last position (memory); 30C stops a cylinder with all ports blocked, 30E exhausts both cylinder ports, 30P pressurises both.
Order the base separately: an ESVx01M single base, or ESVx02M manifold bases with an ESVx03M end plate set, where x is the series (for example ESV201M for an EAV210).
