About the AirTAC HRQ
The AirTAC HRQ is a double-acting rotary table cylinder. Two pistons drive a gear through a rack and pinion, which runs smoothly and doubles the output. The table is precision machined, so loads mount easily and locate accurately, and it has a through hole in the middle for piping.
It rotates 0 to 190° and comes in 10 sizes, HRQ2 to HRQ200. Every HRQ has a magnet with sensor grooves on both sides. Cushioning is by adjusting screws; HRQ10 and up can instead take hydraulic shock absorbers (code A), which absorb 3 to 5 times the energy and repeat to 0.05° (0.2° with screws). Locating holes are on both faces (HRQ10-200) or the bottom (HRQ2-7).
