Because the valve manifold uses an O8 x O5 PU tube, the 1/8" cylinder port and 1/8" valve port are kept distinct. A carbon steel rod and -S magnet for CMSE reed or DMSE electronic sensors are standard.
While the bare cylinder rates to 1.0 MPa, the internal piloted 5/2 valve limits the practical SAIF working pressure to 0.15-0.8 MPa. Generating 402 N of push force at 0.5 MPa, it switches itself from one coil signal, eliminating remote plumbing.
