The AirTAC Airtac SAIF Series Standard Cylinder with Valve SAIF32X350S-06A is a genuine double-acting ISO 15552 cylinder with a Ø32mm bore, 350mm stroke and a built-in 4M210-06 5/2 solenoid valve — it switches itself from one coil signal, so no separate remote valve or extra plumbing is needed.
The AirTAC SAIF32X350S-06A is a double-acting ISO 15552 profile cylinder with an integrated 4M210-06 5/2 solenoid valve, providing a Cv of 0.78 and a 14.0mm2 orifice. Driven by an AC220V terminal entry coil consuming 3.5 VA, it activates in 0.05s. The cylinder body rates to 1.0MPa, but because the built-in valve operates at 0.15-0.8MPa, the practical working range for this assembled unit is 0.15-0.8MPa. It delivers 402N of push force at 0.5MPa.
By generating its own coil signal, this unit eliminates remote plumbing and saves panel space, making it perfect for decentralized machine stations. The manifold connects the valve to the cylinder using O8xO5 PU tubing. From the factory, the piston rod retracts when the coil is energised, but you can reposition the valve to extend-when-energised. This -S variant includes a magnet for CMSE reed and DMSE electronic sensors.

The cylinder rates to 1.0 MPa but the built-in valve operates 0.15–0.8 MPa, so run the assembled SAIF at 0.15–0.8 MPa. Default: rod retracts when the coil is energised (reconfigurable to extend). Specs follow the official AirTAC SAIF datasheet. Port options: PT / G.

Sized within the valve's 0.15–0.8 MPa range. Actual usable force is lower than theoretical due to friction and back-pressure.

SAIF does not hold its load without air — the valve routes air, it is not a lock. For load-holding use a SAIL (lock) or BSAI (clamp-lock).
Eliminates the need for long tubing runs back to a central valve manifold, saving wiring and panel space across large machines.
The integrated valve on the 32mm profile cylinder provides a neat, self-contained actuator for space-tight manufacturing cells.
Ideal for upgrading older machines where running new pneumatic tubing from a remote valve bank is costly or physically restrictive.
Choose this 32mm bore if your application requires up to 402N push force at 0.5MPa; step up to the 40mm bore if you need 628N. The 350mm stroke is well within the 1000mm maximum standard stroke for this bore, but at this length you should account for potential side-load and use a guide to prevent rod binding. This self-valved SAIF format is highly advantageous over a separate cylinder and remote valve when minimizing wiring and tubing in decentralized layouts is critical. For replacements, match the 32mm bore, 350mm stroke, 1/8" cylinder port, 4M210-06 valve (1/8" valve port), AC220V voltage, PT thread, terminal entry, and the -S magnet. Remember, the 5/2 valve routes air but does not lock the load; use AirTAC SAIL for mechanical load-holding.
Quick checklist
The 32mm bore generates 402N push and 345N pull force at 0.5MPa. The built-in 4M210-06 valve has an effective area of 14.0mm2 (Cv 0.78) and supports a maximum frequency of 5 cycles per second.
The built-in 5/2 valve allows the cylinder to switch itself from one AC220V coil signal, removing the need for a separate remote valve. By default, the rod retracts when the coil is energised, but you can reposition the valve to extend-when-energised.
