Equipped with a magnet for CMSE reed and DMSE electronic sensors, this 32mm bore generates 402N of push force at 0.5 MPa. The manifold connects the valve to the cylinder using O8xO5 PU tubing, routing air to the PT1/8 cylinder ports. By factory default, the piston rod retracts when the coil is energised, but you can reposition the valve to extend-when-energised. The carbon steel piston rod and tapered PT threads are standard.

For higher flow requirements, a 4M310 valve on a larger bore offers more Cv.
When specifying a replacement, match the 32mm bore, 80mm stroke, 1/4" valve port, DC24V voltage, terminal electrical entry, PT thread type, and the -S magnet option. The 5/2 valve routes air to hold position pneumatically but does not mechanically lock the load; for true load-holding, consider the SAIL lock cylinder. Stroke is under 300mm, so standard guide rules apply without needing auxiliary side-load support.
